We believe that young people don’t lack ambition—they lack structure, access, and the tools to turn their dreams into sustainable businesses.

Founded by Tifany Thomas, MPA, MS Ed—an educator and advocate with over two decades of experience empowering underserved communities—our foundation addresses a critical gap: while traditional programs teach youth about business, we help them launch real businesses. We’ve witnessed too many talented young people trapped in cycles of economic instability, not from lack of potential, but from lack of opportunity and practical know-how.

Our signature youth entrepreneurship incubator is more than curriculum—it’s a launchpad. In just 12 weeks, youth ages 16-30 go from idea to income, building revenue-generating businesses while mastering financial literacy and developing the mindset of wealth builders. This isn’t theory. It’s transformation.

In partnership with community-based organizations, we’re creating a citywide pipeline of young entrepreneurs who will shape the economic landscape of their communities for generations to come.
